I once bought a $30 glass pipe for smoking weed. It's cleaner and tastes better when smoked in a glass pipe as opposed to a joint. After only one use, I
was careless and accidentally broke it. Since then, I haven't smoked any weed. (EDIT - okay, the previous statement no longer holds true). I still have a
bunch of pipe screens left over, and I don't know what to do with them. I am a student at York University in Toronto. I have a love/hate attitude towards
this institution. The social atmosphere is amazingly open and progressive, however the administration is an absolute atrocity. I find it disgusting how they
choose to handle the billions of dollars they receive from absurdly high student tuition (York advertises itself in movie theatres and subway stations. This
sickens me). But the standard of education is very respectable, and the social vibe is very down-to-earth and unpretentious (unlike some other Ontario
Universities...). I stood in front of the merch booth at the T&S show in Central Park, and I couldn't decide which shirt I wanted. So I just bought all
of them. As a result, I've had to skip a few meals, but it's totally worth it. Check the tag on your Tegan and Sara shirts. They are sweatshop-free.
Emy wouldn't have it any other way; she's the greatest. In grade 1, the kid that sat beside me stole my eraser, so I told the teacher and she made him
give it back to me and say "sorry". It was one of those regular, pink, school erasers that smell like rubber - y'know, the ones that teachers cut
in half and hand out to everyone in the class.
